A wonderful Kobe dinner we had today! Everything from the setting, food to service was all top-notch. I truly enjoyed having our food prepared by chef Thuta. He was kind and patient to explain to us everything we needed to know about beef. We also learned from him the difference between Kobe beef and Wagyu beef. Our meat was of course cooked to perfection! Thank you Thuta for the wonderful service and hospitality. You made our Kobe dinner in Tokyo a very special and memorable one!
