This is a great little restaurant tucked away in the heart of the Tsukiji market that has two dining levels with hibachi style tables on the upper floor. The Kobe beef we ordered was cooked in front of us by our English speaking Japanese chef Thuta who was quite charming and informative. If you’ve never tried this culinary delight, treat yourself as you will probably never experience a better tasting cut of beef.
