Thuta the chef here is amazing, the best meal of my life, cooked to perfection. Warm, welcoming and kind, he gave us a wonderful experience, explaining how he was cooking the Kobe beef and how the animal is reared. We only have a short time in Japan and Thuta gave us many recommendations on places to go and see. Such a great way to experience true Japanese hospitality
