I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, especially since it was our final dinner night and my daughter and I were simply looking forward to enjoying a nice meal. One of the employees asked us where we were from. After we answered, he walked to the back and began laughing with his coworkers. While I can’t say for certain what was said, the timing and behavior made us feel like we were being laughed at. Whether that was their intention or not, it left us feeling very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service is about making guests feel respected, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. The staff’s behavior came across as unprofessional and insensitive, which overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable evening. I hope management addresses this so future guests are treated with kindness and respect.
