We are two Americans visiting Japan and this was our second time getting Kobe Tappenyaki. This location was about 50% more expensive, had worse food, and worse service, than the other time we had gotten it. The server seemed almost annoyed that we were even there. Compared with the other place we went, he served all of the meat at once (instead of a little bit at a time as we were eating it), offered no suggestions on what to eat together, and they provided no dipping sauces. Further, with the exception of the mushrooms (which were delicious), the vegetables were generally worse. Additionally, he walked away halfway through the meal! We wouldn't have known what we were missing if we hadn't gone to a much better establishment first. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better to spend your money. The meat itself was delicious and the background music was nice, but I think that's about all that I can say positively about this place.
