Upon arrival, our coats and bags were hung up for us by the workers. The workers were all very attentive to our needs (and my party and I were not the only customers here, so it meant a lot). Steven cooked our food & explained the different cuts of meat as he served them. He gave us suggestions on how to best enjoy the kobe beef and was quick to clean our plates when we finished. I appreciated how taken care of we were here. Would definitely recommend this place, it may be expensive but I promise it’s worth your time and experience in Japan if you are looking to try Kobe Beef!
