Really nice staff, willing to help you and point you in the right direction. I advise also asking the chefs for recommendations for what sides to combine with the meat. The best meat I've ever experienced. It might look rare but I think anyone that's an enjoyer of quality of beef can really enjoy. I would highly recommend anyone to stop here for an authentic Kobe beef experience. They also allow you to see the certification and lineage of your beef as well.
