Excellent food, friendly knowledgeable staff, Maeda and Kin made it an experience to remember. When in doubt, follow their recommendations. I went with plum wine, sirloin, and the base vegetables without any add ons and it was phenomenal. The Emperor Briand took it to a new level. If you can afford it, it's worth the luxury.
