From the moment we were seated, the atmosphere was perfect—elegant yet inviting. ​The food, of course, was the star. The Kobe beef was the highest quality I've ever tasted, melting in my mouth with every bite. However, it was Chef Koki's technique that elevated the meal to an art form. Watching him prepare our meal right in front of us was mesmerizing; his precision, timing, and passion for the ingredients were clear in every motion. ​Chef Koki was engaging, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect.
