A fun dining experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The beef was nicely marbled, buttery soft, and grilled right in front of us. The chef, Kitajima, explained each cut and recommended the best way to enjoy it, which made the meal feel extra special. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant without being pretentious.
