For the final dinner of our Japan trip we chose to come here and certainly did not regret the decision. It is difficult in Tokyo to choose a restaurant due to the abundance of choices, but this one and our Chef Yume made our dinner special. Kobe and regular meat slowly and deliberately cooked in front of us paired with some good wine and proper explanations made this dinner one to remember.
