The restaurant presented itself as a premium Kobe beef experience, but upon arrival, the establishment looked run-down and casual. I waited over an hour to receive service, the atmosphere was not in line with the price point, and the food was not consistent with what is typically expected of Kobe steak at this cost level. This constitutes a misrepresentation of goods and services and a failure to provide service in a timely and professional manner. I am requesting a chargeback on the basis that the amount charged does not reflect the value or service provided. These reviews are fake and I am requesting a refund.
