May 2025: Visiting from the United States and was hoping to eat some Kobe steak. This place has a lot of positive ratings so we decided to try this place in Tokyo. The steak 🥩 was incredibly delicious. I loved the steak with their wasabi which had tasty chunks of wasabi. We shared the sirloin and the Chateaubriand 110 Gram steaks. The meal set came with salad, a Kobe steak appetizer and a soup/stew that used the fatty parts of the 🐮. I didn't like the soup/stew because of the fattiness of the beef. The other two starters were good. Chef did a great job at cooking the meat and vegetables on the grill. I enjoyed all of the grilled meat and vegetables. My reason for not giving five star ⭐ is that I was expecting a slightly different experience that didn't have a "wow" factor. We made reservations and the lady who greeted us said it wasn't important to take our name. I thought that was a bit odd. This was my first time eating Kobe steak and I truly enjoyed the steak 🥩. But I thought there would be a more elegant dining experience. It looked like mostly foreigners/tourists when we were there. I wonder where all the locals go?
