Really bad experience. I don’t understand the rating of this place. The meat looked really good until the cook/server tried to cook it and killed the cow for the second time. The cook tried to cook the meat on a cold hot plate (sounds silly, right?). She cooked the meat first, then let it go completely cold while fighting with the vegetables, as her knife skills were really poor. Great meat wasted, and I spent 37000 yen to then go to the nearest conbini to eat something tasty. The cold fat in the sirloin wasn’t very tasty. Awkward service, the restaurant was completely empty. Leaving a half-full plate did not trigger any questions.
