We stopped here on a whim walking by and noticed they had Kobe sushi on the menu. We got the plate of four with tender, tough, premium and premium loin. It was delicious, we started at the lowest rated one and went to the top and the differences were uncanny. The last bite of the premium loin taste like butter. It's a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth dropping in!
