This restaurant collaborates with other platforms to provide luggage storage services for tourists, requiring advance booking and prepayment. We arrived about 10 minutes earlier than our scheduled time, and the staff asked us to wait. However, the waiting turned into an endless delay. During this time, we asked three times, but the staff responded impatiently and told us to wait, despite not being busy or unable to handle our request. They simply didn’t want to process our luggage right away. By the time they finally attended to us, it was more than half an hour past our scheduled time, meaning both our money and time were wasted. When we were about to leave, one of the staff approached another group of customers waiting in line to dine, asking how many people were in their party. This group had been waiting even longer than us, despite the restaurant having available seats all along, which means they could have been seated earlier. The staff at this restaurant displayed a lackluster attitude and extremely poor efficiency. Improvements are strongly recommended.
