Eating here was much more an experience than a lunch or dinner. The meat is cooked right in front of you while the chef (thank you Gurung!) explains the process of becoming a Kobe beef. It’s really interesting to know what you are going to eat. The meat has a SUPERIOR taste, it’s hard to explain. You have to come here to try it. Totally worth it!
