Great tasting steak. It was very juicy and flavorful. We had a 9pm reservation for a 6 course meal. I would not recommend making a 9pm reservation even though they offer it since you will feel rushed to leave in less than an hour because they close at 10pm. For a steak that costs so much and is a lifetime experience for some I would recommend the restaurant let their guests take their time to savor the kobe beef. If you want people to leave before 10pm maybe make the latest reservation 8:30pm. Worth the try but will not be back.
