Kobe ichiban! Such a good first experience- we received the history of the Tajima cows and the full documentation of the lineage of the cow we were eating. With a reservation we got the 4 seats in front of the grill. Delightful to watch the process. We upgraded to the sirloin and we were grinning ear to ear.
