First time trying Kobe beef and it's the best steak I've tasted. I went for the recommended sirloin, so rich and flavourful. The chefs were very passionate and took the time to explain ( Vivek & Gurung). Steak is prepared on a flattop in front of you. My husband enjoyed the steak sashimi set.
