Incredible experience!! We watched our meal being prepared from beginning to end. Chef & his crew were very pleasant and easy to talk to. Chef is very knowledgeable about his product and the city. The restaurant has beautiful windows to look out onto the busy street as you sit, talk, and enjoy your meal. They also have a prestigious award for their restaurant! Come and you will not be disappointed!! Happy Texans in Tokyo;)
