12/10 steak! Had the sirloin and the flavor blew me away. Its like nothing i’ve ever tried before. Service was great too! Kitajama, the chef, took Care of our coats first, then explained everything about the different cuts. He then proceeded to cook our order at the table in front of us, taking us through everything while cooking it. Absolutely worth every penny
