Had lunch here as a tourist on 10/2. The staff was most excellent. Their cooking techniques are most impressive, and the food was really worth the hype. No, really, the presentation for not only the restaurant, but the food was nothing short of exqusite and worth every penny. The atmosphere is light, pleasant, and not too loud. Shout out to our chef, Maeda, and to our host, Kitajima, as well.
