Very disappointed in the Kobe steak. Spent ~20 000 yen on a Kobe sirloin strip and received a steak already cooked to medium-well, making the texture very dry and chewy. To make it worse, as an apology, they claimed to offer to cook a new one for me, where they then just gave me a tiny 50g strip of something that was obviously not Kobe, but lower tier wagyu.
