Is kobe beef supposed to be tough? IDK, I never had it before. It was medium rare, I thought it was supposed to be like melt in your mouth. But it was hard to chew. IDK, I would not have minded such a small piece of meat for so much money if it was really good, but, i was disappointed. Also, I wouldn't have left a review but the server insisted on it. hahaha IDK. He was really nice. But, IDK, something seemed off with my order.
