Malik was excellent, and very knowledgeable. He explained what Kobe beef is, and what makes it so special. He walked us through the menu, and made wonderful recommendations. The real value is in the tender boxes, you can't beat the price for the quality and flavor. The 110g sirloin was fine, and the texture was nice. There were a couple tough pieces and it was room temperature when it was server, but overall not too bad. It feels unjustified for more than $100 USD though.
