Visiting Tokyo as a larger tour. Came to Kobe Beef with a lovely trio of fellow travelers. Ordered the 110g sirloin with option A for sides (salad, soup, rice). Service was outstanding: the chef was the maitre d, chef, and cashier. The food was wonderful and the ambiance upstairs was great! The beef really sang on its own, but the accompaniments of miso, Wasabi, onion base steak sauce, and salt were perfect. A5 waygu was spot on, buttery and sumptuous.
