Don't trust their pictures. I ordered the premium two lines of Kobe, it did come as two lines but each piece is cut half of size of original one in pictures in the menu. Price is confused, some is included tax, some not, need to be careful. Overall,it tastes good but it can't taste it's the Kobe quality, It tastes as good beef rice with sauce. 10% service charge on top was not mentioned by the star and not obvious in the menu, only when is paid, they they show is on the small line of first menu, %charge is not common in Japan .so it's mainly for tourists . In the bill, it evens how the 10% as time charge fee but also as tax, as well , while the price they also claimed as tax included. So it is definitely confusing, espcecially for tourists . Would rather pay more for more authentic Kobe experience
