The beef is just magnificent. It’s also halal certified which is great for us. Perfection!! We also came at 12noon and there was no lunch crowd. So it was quiet and peaceful for us to enjoy our meal. 10/10 would recommend. Just as you come out of the Ueno Keisei line station to cross to the JR line station, you will see it on the left on the second floor.
