I stopped by after spending time around Ueno Park and came in by the Ginza Line. It was my first time trying true Kobe beef, so I was excited, and the steak really lived up to that feeling. The meat was beautifully prepared and full of flavor without feeling heavy. What stayed with me just as much was the atmosphere. The room felt calm and comfortable, so I could take my time and enjoy the meal. Roland took care of us with a very polite and welcoming manner, and the whole service felt thoughtful from start to finish. If you are looking for a good steak restaurant in Ueno, this was a very memorable place to visit.
