Chef Miguel provided an excellent experience for us, we viewed all of their Kobe certificates and verified them. The experience was astounding! Meat melted in our mouths, we got the 220g Kobe beef sirloin (only 0.06% of cattle graded to this) and were amazed by the quality of meat. This is a MUST DO experience in Tokyo!
