Their Kobe beef steak truly stood out - the rich flavor and perfect balance of fat and lean meat were unforgettable. The aroma and savory taste made me want to visit again. Moreover, Kie and Miguel, the staff members who assisted us, was exceptional. Kei and Miguel took the time to explain the different cuts and offered advice on the best way to enjoy the meal. They were both patient, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this Ueno Wagyu steak restaurant to anyone in the area, especially fellow travelers exploring Japan. I'll definitely return on my next trip!
