Such a fun experience! My boyfriend and I got the Kobe sirloin and a5 wagyu sirloin and both were cooked to a perfect medium rare. kitajima cooked the steaks right in front of us, and even educated us on Japanese Wagyu and Kobe beef. The food was wonderful and the service was exceptional!
