We had the sirloin, with lots if marbling, with a set menu of salad, soup and rice. The beef and vegetables were very respectfully cooked in front of us. Runaway was an excellent chef. The beef is so soft and tender it melts in your mouth. I have never tasted beef that was quite so delicious. If you get the chance come to this intimate, typical Japanese restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
