The first dish was simply outstanding, and the Okonomiyaki was fresh and bursting with juicy flavors. It was neither too salty nor too dry, striking the perfect balance without an excess of batter. The texture was light and cooked to perfection. As for the Kobe beef, it was truly exceptional—tender, flavorful, and a delightful experience. We were fortunate to stumble upon this gem, where the staff were incredibly friendly, and the chef took the time to personally check in to see how we enjoyed each dish, adding a personal and warm touch to the meal. It’s absolutely worth savoring such high-quality beef, prepared with the chef’s exceptional skills. By the way, the beef tongue was also delicious, cooked to just the right tenderness.
