An outstanding Kobe beef experience from start to finish. The chef recommended the A5 sirloin cooked medium rare, and it was absolutely the right choice. The beef was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor, with the perfect balance of marbling that melted in my mouth. The quality of the meat was exceptional, and you can really appreciate why authentic Kobe beef is so highly regarded. The staff and chef were friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain the best way to enjoy each cut, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a memorable Kobe beef meal in Japan, I highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent food, great service, and an unforgettable dining experience. I would happily return again.
