The quality of the chateaubriand which was 89000 yen was subpar. When compared to the premium beef my friend ordered. You could say the premium beef which 19000 yen tasted even better in tenderness and flavour. I am speculating that the part which was given to us was not a real chateaubriand. As i have tried chateaubriand in other restaurants and was on a complete other level.
