This shop is hard to find but going through that maze is worth it because this might be the best thing I've eaten in Japan or maybe in my life. First of all, idk why but i came around 8+, but the shop was empty so I thought maybe I got scammed and the food wouldn't be nice but I was so wrong The chef came out and personally explained the whole menu to me which I really appreciated as the menu can be abit confusing. I ordered the bento set which came with premium meat (70g) 2 sushi and 2 sashismi, a salad and soup. Food came out rather fast but as expected as I was the only one. The first bite I had was really not what I expected. It tasted so much better than A5 wagyu I've been eating the past few days. It makes me not wanna go out and try other beef places because this was really good. Everything was well seasoned and the beef was so soft and tender. This is such and underrated place. I dont see that much promotion on it when I was researching on tiktok but I'm so glad I found it.
