If you start wondering why this 4.8-star place is almost empty during dinner rush hour, well, trust your instincts: This place is simply bad. It was truly my worst dining experience in Japan. I had a set meal. The salad was bad -- not fresh at all, seemed in refrigerator for days. The beef sushi was the worst -- the beef was very tough, totally unchewable (so I had to spit it out at the end). The steak was edible, but definitely not worth the price. I could never understand how this place got such a high rating. I wish I had carefully read all 1-star reviews before I stepped into this tourist trap.
