Fatal trap, expensive lesson. We wanted to celebrate the last day of our Japanese holiday in glory. When we saw Kobe beef and yakiniku we had high expectations. We were the only 2 customers, we wanted “only” the premium beef not the sirloin, we “only” ordered around 16k yen’s. So, we received cold Kobe beef in plate instead of the yakiniku experience. We had first Kobe sushi and sashimi and then the steak that was slightly warmer than sushi. I am still sorry that I have not refused the food when I tasted it for first time.
