Came across this after doing some shopping in Ueno, and it was a wonderful experience. Staff is friendly and explained the menu well in much detail. The food was next level, they are very proud of the meat they serve and you can taste it! Ohtani was our chef and I know this because he came out and chatted with us before and after the meal. They even upgraded our meal because of the wait, even though we didn’t even notice. It’s not inexpensive but it was worth it all the way. If you can, come and check it out!
