The steak was incredible. Perfectly cooked medium rare. It was our first time trying Kobe beef and it did not disappoint. It truly is melt in your mouth. They give you a small grill if you want to cook it more. I would skip the sushi. I didn’t think it was that great. Would help if they sliced the beef “sashimi” thinner. It was a little too chewy Thank you Bino for excellent service and conversation!
