A wonderful moment in the Kobe beef restaurant in Ueno where we were received with the greatest attention from our host Mandip (thanks again to him). We have tested quite a few restaurants to taste the various meats, but this one is exceptional. The quality of the meat, the melting in the mouth... Everything was perfect. If you are in Tokyo and want to taste the delicious Kobe meat, I recommend it with my eyes closed.
