This got to be the worst dining experience during my 2 week trip. After we ordered, we waited for 10 minutes and they didn’t give us any water. We had to ask for it. Then we wait very long around 40-45 minutes for our food. I ordered a steak set with rice. But the rice came out 5 minutes after the steak. So the steak already got cold when I started eating. The waitresses are very friendly but I don’t think they are professional at all. I don’t understand why the rice has to come later. I also ordered a side beef stew with my set and they didn’t serve it. When I inquired about it, she said she would check but I asked to cancel it since I knew I would have to wait a long time for it. They already forgot the order. The food is just mediocre, you can find same quality beef at lower price. I came in expecting great experience given great reviews and higher end price but this was so disappointing.
