For the price I was expecting perfection, and that was exactly what I got! I had the fillet and my wife had the serloin and they were both exceptional. Tender, juicy, no excess unnecessary fat, and cooked to perfection! The small array of vegetables were also delicious and complimented the steak perfectly. Aye served us with a huge happy smile and was very helpful and attentive from start to finish, add in an unexpected chance to wield the chef’s samurai sword for a photo opportunity and you have all the makings for an unforgettable dining experience. 日本は最高だ！
