Kobe beef @ Tokyo station was honestly on another level — every bite just melted in the mouth like butter. The marbling was unbelievable, rich yet incredibly delicate, with a deep umami flavour that stayed long after each bite. Perfectly seared on the outside while remaining tender and juicy inside. Easily one of the most luxurious and unforgettable meals our family ever had to day. Worth every single calorie and yen! Also worth mentioned we met very nice restaurant manager and staffs! Meccha oishii!
