Took a while to find on Google maps since it's on Floor 1, not basement level where you arrive via train at Tokyo Station. Located on 1F right in front of the stairs. Tiny but spacious space. Surprisingly no wait or line on a Sunday. The Yakiniku & Sukiyaki sets are a great value (USD $13-$14 each) - comes with the meat, clear broth soup, rice, small pickled veggies appetizer, water & hot tea. Excellent service - they can also speak English.
