Excellent! We've wanted to try Kobe Beef in Japan for some time. This place definitely didn't disappoint. We both ordered the premium kobe beef steak set on rice. The meal started with a fresh salad and soup. Both were delicious. Next came the beef sashimi and red meat, which were enough to tease your taste buds to the coming beef on rice. They provided a small grilling skillet if you like your food cooked longer (we didn't use it). The main course came in a large style bento box with layer of rice, sweet egg, cherry tomato, cut of fresh bean, ground meat, ginger, wasabi, and, the most important aspect, premium cut beef with a slight sear. The beef melts in your mouth. Even fillet doesn't compare. Perfect meal. To make the experience even better was the diverse, multiligual. courteous, and inquisitive staff.
