My friends and I were shopping downstairs at Uniqlo when we saw a Kobe Beef restaurant on the next floor up. The moment we entered, we knew it was going to be amazing. Phoo gave us an amazing, detailed run-down of the selections of cuts, where they came and what their strengths were. She did a fantastic job cooking and serving us!
