Amazing experience, 5* all the way and as the sign states medium rare is the best. I tried it partly well done which didnt enjoy the flavour as much as my chef Toshi advised. He was fantastic and for those who have a hard time speaking Japanese his English is excellent. I highly recommend this place and my chef and all the staff
